You can register your baby monitor in the warranty section on our Miniland emybaby page https://emybaby.com/en/

You can also do it from the emybaby app, in the warranty section.

Make sure you enter all the details correctly, such as model and serial number.

Where can I find the batch and serial number on the baby monitor?

Depending on the baby monitor, the batch and serial number can be found on the bottom of the camera on video monitors.

On audio monitors, it is located in the battery compartment.

Why do I need to register my baby monitor?

At Miniland we would like you to enjoy our baby monitors for as long as possible. That's why we offer a lifetime guarantee on our entire range of baby monitors, when you register up to 3 months after purchase.

About the guarantee:

When does the lifetime warranty apply?

We will apply the Miniland lifetime guarantee to any model in our range of baby monitors, duly registered on our website until 3 months after purchase (purchase made on or after 15 November 2021), with the original invoice, specifying the date on which the product was purchased.

The lifetime warranty takes over the legal 2-year warranty and therefore starts the day after the second anniversary of your purchase.

This lifetime warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It covers all possible manufacturing defects of the baby monitor. And under the condition that the product has been used in accordance with the instruction manual, in case of electrical or electronic malfunctions and defective parts.

The warranty is exclusively for customers and does not extend to unauthorised purchasers who wish to resell or use the product for other commercial purposes, such as renting the product to others.

The warranty is only valid when the product is purchased from a specialist retailer in our dealer network or from our online shop, so that a warranty certificate and the purchase invoice are available to you.

If you have received one of our baby monitors as a gift, please make sure that you are provided with a purchase receipt, as we cannot provide this warranty without it.

In which countries does the lifetime warranty apply?

In Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and France.

When was the lifetime guarantee introduced?

Miniland launched this service on 15 November 2021. Since then, all purchases of our baby monitors can be registered up to 3 months after purchase to benefit from this lifetime guarantee.

For which models is the lifetime guarantee available?

Miniland offers this service for the entire range of Miniland baby monitors: digimonitor 2.4" gold (89235), digimonitor 2.4" (89591), digimonitor 3.5" plus (89174), digimonitor 3. 5" touch (89175), digimonitor 5" (89236), digitalk easy (89171), digitalk luxe (89172 and 89477), digitalk easy (89474), digimonitor 3.5" easy (89505) and digimonitor 4.3 pro (89507).

Something is wrong with my baby monitor, what should I do now?

If your baby monitor is not working properly, we recommend you to contact our technical service who will quickly help you. You will be attended to and, depending on the problem, we will provide you with a tailor-made solution.

In any case, we will make sure to give you an answer as quickly as possible regarding repair or replacement.

In which cases would the lifetime warranty not apply?

Our warranty would not cover:

- It does not cover consumables (stands, batteries, cables, power supplies, tripods...).

- Damage caused by improper use of the baby monitor.

- Poor maintenance or breakage, damage caused by accident or fall, aesthetic alterations to the internal and external surfaces which do not interfere with the use of the product (stains, scratches, scratches, discolouration, screen printing).

-Normal wear and tear, due to the passage of time.

- Loss, theft or any alteration related to an external event.

- The warranty is exclusive to registered customers and does not extend to other users or unauthorised purchasers who wish to resell or use the product for other commercial purposes, such as renting the product to others.

• The lifetime warranty does not cover the service of connecting the baby monitor to emybaby.
• The replaced product does not extend the warranty period.
• The warranty is not transferable and can therefore only be claimed by the original owner.
• If a repair or modification has been carried out by an unauthorised third party or if the product has been disassembled without Miniland's authorisation.
• Miniland reserves the right to change the conditions of application of the additional year's warranty at any time.
• Miniland reserves the right to discontinue the manufacture of a model, colour or accessory and therefore, during the warranty period, replacements for the consumer will be for an equivalent product, colour or accessory.
• Once the product has been repaired, the repair is guaranteed for 6 months, but replacement parts are not covered by the lifetime warranty. Software repair would also not be covered.
• The shipping costs of the product in case of repair would be included.

The warranty is only valid when the product is purchased from a specialised shop in our dealer network or from our online shop, so that you can have a warranty certificate and the purchase invoice.

If you have received one of our baby monitors as a gift, please make sure that you are provided with a purchase receipt, as we cannot provide this warranty without it.

Where can I go if I have a problem with my baby monitor?

If this happens, under the lifetime warranty service, you can contact our technical support quickly. If you have made your purchase through our online shop, you can contact our technical support by writing to [email protected].

We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible, either repairing the product or replacing it with a new unit if we are unable to fix the problem. If there is no stock of the same model at that time, the customer will be offered a similar model, within the same category.
