CHEFY 6
Ref 5005089234
Miniland begins withdrawal of a specific chefy 6 batch
Dear consumer,
Here at Miniland we are proceeding voluntarily to withdraw Batch 18-03099 of the chefy 6 product (reference 89234) in all countries where it is being sold.
The reason for this is that we have detected a manufacturing defect in Batch 18-03099 of the chefy 6, which, with intensive product use, could cause failures in its operation.
Our company policy dictates our commitment to withdraw all of the chefy 6 units in this batch, numbered 18-03099.
Due to the aforesaid circumstances, the measures adopted by Miniland S.A. to correct this incident are the following:
- New technical design of the product and new manufacture of the chefy 6 (with another batch number), using the best appropriate techniques.
- Withdrawal of Batch 18-03099 from the market.
What should I do if I have recently purchased a chefy 6?
- Check the batch number.
You can do so by looking on the bottom of the box, or on the product base:
- If your chefy 6 is from Batch 18-03099, we offer the following alternatives for free product collection:
- If you still have the sales ticket, you can return to the store where you purchased the product: They will refund the amount of the sale or immediately exchange it for another item from their store.
- If you prefer us to handle product collection from your home, contact us by filling out the form on this page. We will collect the item from your home and send you a chefy 5 (at the same recommended retail price as the chefy 6), as well as a gift for the annoyance caused.
If you have any doubts or further queries, please contact our after-sales service by email [email protected] or by phone +34 96 655 77 75.
Thank you for your collaboration!
