Do I need to be registered to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account with a user name and password to order in this online store.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed and sent to Miniland correctly?

You will receive an order confirmation email in the email account provided during the purchase and order confirmation process. There you will be able to consult the order details (reference, quantities, price, delivery address).

What do I do if I can't find an item I want to order?

It is possible that you are looking for an article that we have discontinued. Please contact our Miniland Customer Service department in the section entitled "Contact" and/or "Technical Service".


SHIPMENTS

What is Miniland's standard delivery time?

Miniland delivers your orders within a maximum of 2 working days.
Due to maintenance tasks, orders generated from 31 October will be sent from 5 November.

What forms of payment can I use?

To make a secure payment for your order you can choose between:

  • Credit or debit card

How do I request an invoice for my order?

During the purchase process in the section "Checkout" you have a field enabled for this purpose. All you have to do is enter your invoicing details to receive your corresponding invoice.
